1. Digital Product Nature

Our products are delivered as digital downloads (PDF and PNG formats). No physical items are shipped. Upon delivery, the product is considered fulfilled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The download link was not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened in standard PDF/PNG viewers
• You were charged incorrectly or duplicated

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when:

• The product was successfully downloaded
• The template layout does not match personal preferences
• You no longer need the product after purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong template, contact us within 7 days. We may offer an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to availability.
